Student Contract

Mission Statement:

  • To provide private lessons taught by a professional drummer and tailored to the students’ specific goals. I strongly believe that drumming enriches the world we live in and aim to provide our students with the skills they need to be the best musician they can be!

Tuition:
4 Individual Lessons (Monthly Package)

  • 30 min - $160.00

  • 45 min - $240.00

  • 60 min - $300.00

    • Additional travel fees may be applied

● Please note that a regular weekly day/time slot is only guaranteed for “established” students. To become an “established” student, you must maintain a consistent record of attendance and timely payment for at least one month.

Payment Schedule: All lessons are to be paid directly on the 1st of each month. Tuition will not increase within one year. Tuition is subject to change after one year.

Students are given 30 days to complete their prepaid lessons (original or rescheduled). Tuition is deposited after 30 days of the original transaction.

Discounts:

  • The first lesson is always FREE when paying for their first month of lessons.

  • Referred Student

  • Current students receive 50% off their next lesson if they refer a friend. The new student must sign a contract before the 50% off is applied to the current student’s tuition.

  • Referred students receive a FREE first lesson.

Rescheduled Lessons: Lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without additional fees. If a lesson is rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, payment for original lesson appointment will not be refunded. Students are responsible for communicating an/all scheduling conflicts with their drum instructor.

Students are able to reschedule up to 10 lessons per year. Any lesson after that becomes a missed lesson.

Missed or Canceled Lessons: Missed lessons are non-refundable.

A 10-minute grace period will be provided to accommodate for small inconveniences. The lesson becomes a “missed lesson” if the student is not present within 10-minutes of the original start time.

Missed lessons can be rescheduled with additional fees.

Extenuating Circumstances: Please contact your drum instructor directly if extenuating circumstances arise.

Inappropriate Behavior: Behavior deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated and may result in the expulsion of a student without a refund. Your drum instructor has the right to deny service to any student, parent or guardian who does not exhibit appropriate behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
